Senior Programs

The many programs we offer for Senior Citizens provide an opportunity for social interaction, motivation, mental stimulation and recreational fun. Whether for yourself or a loved one, these programs can be a benefit for anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle. Please do not wait until the last minute to register, as class minimums need to be met for a class to be held.
