Garden View Park in located at the corner of Plainfield Road and Leonard Drive.

As part of the project, the District was awarded a $600,000 OSLAD Grant in 2023 from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to assist with developing the former maintenance facility site.

The main focus of the property redevelopment was environmental responsibility, and includes community gardens, a perennial maze, the preservation of established trees, and a large pollinator garden. It also includes a splash pad, playground, shelter, parking lot, and many shady picnic areas.
