Darien Community Park, located at Plainfield and Clarendon Hills Roads is the second largest park maintained by the District. Encompassing almost 20 acres, this park features 2 picnic pavilions, 2 Half Basketball Courts, 1 Baseball Field (with lights), 2 playgrounds, 4 Pickleball Courts, 2 Tennis Courts, 1 Volleyball Court and restroom facilities.

Darien Community Park is also home to the VFW Memorial, paying tribute to all who have served in the Armed Forces.

The park was developed through a matching grant from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
