Belly Dance 101
No dance experience required! This beginner class will help you understand basic belly dance technique using fun exercises and combinations. Low impact, uplifting and great for increasing fluidity and grace. Please wear fitted workout pants or yoga pants and a fitted tank, t-shirt or crop top. Bring a hip scarf or you can borrow one from the instructor. We will dance barefoot. Please bring a water bottle.
